Two-hour creative event for 10 participants (25-55 years old)*
Together we will create a large-format painting inspired by totem art using geometric patterns and symbolism. Everyone will contribute their part to the overall work, which will ultimately create a harmonious whole with the personal story of each creator.
Timetable (total approx. 120 minutes)
Introduction and introduction (15 minutes)
Welcome and presentation of the concept
Brief introduction to totem art and its symbolism
Choosing a common theme/story for the painting
Dividing the large canvas into sections for individual participants
Preparing materials and designs (25 minutes)
Creating your own sample templates on paper
Inspiration from geometric shapes, natural motifs, personal symbols
Consulting designs with the group to ensure coherence of the whole
Preparing colors and tools
Main creative process (60 minutes)
Phase 1 (30 minutes): Basic shapes and composition
Each participant begins painting their assigned section
Focusing on the main geometric shapes and structure
Coordinating color with neighboring sections
Phase 2 (30 minutes): Details and connections
Finishing details and patterns
Connecting sections to each other to create a unified whole
Possibility of overlapping into neighboring sections upon agreement
Final adjustments and reflection (20 minutes)
Joint finishing touches
Signing of the work by all participants
Sharing experiences and interpretation of the resulting image
Joint photography with the work (we will also take photos during the work to document the process)
